The Media: Where Next? Report Launch Event

Date/Time: February 11, 2021 10:00:00 - 12:00:00

Over the last year, the pandemic has accelerated the pace of change and forced the media to adapt to survive. Methods of gathering and telling stories are now very different as a result of severe travel restrictions. And the pandemic has hastened the move to digital.

All of these changes have major implications for INGOs wishing to use the media to tell their stories. In our new report, The Media: Where Next? we track the changes that have taken place and identify how INGOs can take advantage of them to engage more effectively with a range of audiences.

Join us for the findings of the report and to hear from our expert panel:

Mark Galloway - Director, International Broadcasting Trust (Chair)
Jamie Angus - Director, BBC World Service Group
Chloe Choppen - Report author
Nana Crawford - Social Media Manager, British Red Cross
Jess Crombie - Senior Lecturer at UAL and NGO Communications Consultant
Emily Renshaw-Smith - Head of Content, Comic Relief
